These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zv77 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://zv77.cam and all associated services, products and features made available through it.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, accessing any game or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User on the Platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds, credited winnings and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other non-cash incentive granted to a User subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, virtual sports and any other games of chance or skill offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age and address verification process required before a User may withdraw funds or access full Platform features.
• "Platform" means the website at https://zv77.cam, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions and associated applications.
• "Sports Betting Services" means the facility to place wagers on real-world sporting events, including but not limited to cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, football and UFC, as made available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn as cash.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on zv77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or nominee for any third party.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and you bear sole responsibility for confirming the legal position applicable to you.
4. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by zv77 or any responsible-gambling authority.
5. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by zv77 for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant or close associate of zv77 or any of its affiliated entities, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from the Operator.

When registering an Account you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You are prohibited from providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage.

Each person is permitted to hold only one Account. The existence of multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. zv77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify zv77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

zv77 is required to conduct identity and age verification in accordance with its obligations under its applicable international licensing and anti-money-laundering ("AML") framework. Accordingly, the Operator may at any time — and in all cases before processing a withdrawal — require you to submit the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photographic identity document (national ID card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of a JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your name, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or another recognised institution).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Operator's compliance team.

Submission of documentation does not guarantee immediate approval. The Operator reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence where circumstances warrant. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is fully satisfied.

6.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposit amounts are denoted in the currency accepted by the Platform; where PKR-denominated context is provided on promotional material, applicable exchange rates or conversion policies are detailed separately.

6.2 Withdrawals. You may request a withdrawal of available funds subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification has been completed to the Operator's satisfaction.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus funds have been fulfilled.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• No active fraud investigation or account review is in progress.

6.3 Processing Times. zv77 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the help centre. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional compliance checks required.

6.4 Currency. zv77 operates in the functional currency specified in the cashier section. Where amounts are referenced in PKR or Rs for illustrative purposes, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply.

6.5 Declined Transactions. zv77 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where fraud, money laundering or terms breach is suspected. Funds subject to a freeze will be held pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers available on zv77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts or use of software — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your Account. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Where a deposit bonus carries a wagering requirement, both the deposit and the bonus amount may need to be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal can be made. Specific wagering multiples are detailed on each promotion page.
• zv77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by eligible players.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All bets placed through the Sports Betting Services and all rounds played through the Gaming Services are subject to the specific product rules displayed within each sport, market or game, in addition to these Terms.

8.1 Sports Betting. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference issued, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or void result, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's settlement rules published in the help centre.

8.2 Live Betting. In-play markets for PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and other live events are updated in real time. zv77 reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets where a material event — such as a wicket, DRS review or weather stoppage — has occurred but not yet been reflected in the market price.

8.3 Casino and Live Tables. All casino games use certified random number generation ("RNG") software or verified live dealer equipment. Return-to-player ("RTP") percentages are disclosed within individual game paytables. zv77 does not manipulate outcomes beyond the disclosed house edge.

8.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software error, display error or communication failure that results in an incorrect bet being offered or accepted, zv77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the User's Account. No claim shall lie against the Operator for losses arising from a system malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all Balances:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account in another person's name.
• Providing false or forged identity, age or address documentation during KYC.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that facilitates financial crime.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any winnings generated through a technical exploit are void.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted staking tools or any mechanical or electronic method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Placing bets on behalf of any person who is self-excluded, underage or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse or intimidation toward Platform staff or other users.

zv77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at timed intervals reminding you of your play duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible within the elected exclusion period.
• Account Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Available Balances will be returned following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the zv77 brand name, logo, graphical assets, software, game interfaces, text, data compilations and odds data — is the exclusive intellectual property of zv77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any automated means to scrape, extract or harvest data from the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zv77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zv77's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the net deposits made by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim; or (b) the equivalent of PKR 10,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by zv77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

zv77 collects personal data — including identity documents, contact details, financial information and gameplay history — for the purposes of account administration, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and product improvement. Data is retained for the periods required by the Operator's applicable licensing obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify and, subject to legal retention requirements, request the deletion of your personal data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for the full explanation of your rights and how to exercise them.

zv77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. zv77 recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform if you have not visited recently.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zv77 holds its applicable operating licence. Specific jurisdiction details are available upon request by contacting support.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact zv77's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of first contact, the dispute may be referred to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution process as stipulated under the Operator's licence conditions.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
